Fantastic Product Cannot Fault It
Took a littler while for a date for dispatching order but once date received the speed of delivery was as informed. Once delivered the item was easy to assemble despite being on my own to assemble it. Easy to use and have had 4 saunas a week since its deliver

Absolutely no regrets with my purchase
Took a while to come..correspondence could have been a wee bit better but im delighted with the sauna.. ive had it 3wks now..think only 2 days in that time ive not used it.. great for a post workout/bike ride/winter hike.. even cleared a bad chest i had when i first got it..honestly im very happy with the £280 i spent on it.

When queried the company would follow up on any queries right away wanting to right a wrong & put you at ease. Once arrived, the product easy enough to assemble but 2 ppl would be quicker finding it easier. Set up is easy & straight forward & the magical feeling of steam in that 3 foot squared space is amazing, so good for the body, so relaxing & refreshing ...... I could easily fall asleep in there, I'm so glad I indulged ❤️🙏

How do you clean it and prevent odours?
We strongly advise all customers to give their sauna a quick wipe down after use and leave it to air for an hour.
How much power does it use and how much is the running cost?
Our steam generator will use 2kW which roughly costs £0.68 per hour to run.
On average, a sweat session is going to cost you £0.30 in electricity.
How hot does it get?
Your SUDOR will reach temperatures of 60°C within 15 minutes.
How do you set it up and how long does it take?
Your Sudor has been made for ease of use and convenience - it's at the heart of what we do.
You will receive tubes, the outer tent and piping which will form your sauna. After this, simply plug in the steamer and you're good to go.
This set-up process roughly takes 10 minutes.
How big is the sauna?
The Sudor Sauna is 6ft 2" in height and 97cm in width.
Will it harm my wallpaper and cause dampness?
Great question. If you allow a large amount of steam to exit at a given time, over time dampness and mould can become possible.
However, to prevent dampness and mould post-use we advise you to leave a small flap open and open a window if one is close by.
We always recommend customers to try keep as much of the steam inside the sauna and not outside, this is because we use a unique anti-bacterial fabric that prevents interior bacteria and mould.
Can it be used indoors and outdoors?
Our sauna is made for indoor usage but can be used outside if fully covered. Our saunas are not designed for all-weather purposes.
